Sharjah Falconers Club's vision is to make the club a symbol of sporting excellence in all sports and activities it adopts at the local, regional, and international levels. The club seeks to develop falconry in accordance with the vision and strategic direction established by management while ensuring the commitment of all employees, players, administrative and technical staff, as well as all organizations officially contracted or partnered with the club, to internationally recognized standards of quality, environmental responsibility, health, and occupational safety.
This policy focuses on the following:
- Achieving customer satisfaction and meeting customer needs through the implementation of an Integrated Management System that complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Providing appropriate resources, instructions, and training to ensure operations are carried out in a healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly manner.
- Training, motivating, and developing our human resources in technical and professional skills while continually enhancing the Integrated Management System to ensure its effective implementation and development.
- Developing internal capabilities to identify objectives and tasks and to improve processes and services for efficient and effective performance.
- Empowering and involving all stakeholders in understanding and implementing the required policies by providing the necessary resources to ensure effective application.
- Management’s commitment to employee participation and, where applicable, employee representatives in decision-making processes related to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
- Commitment to environmental protection, pollution prevention, and maintaining workplaces free from hazards and injuries that may affect the environment, health, and occupational safety, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, particularly the Emirate of Sharjah.
- Ensuring that environmental, health, safety, and sustainability objectives are given the same importance as strategic objectives.
- Identifying environmental and occupational health and safety risks, addressing safety requirements, and minimizing their impact.
- Communicating this policy and raising awareness of its significance among internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring periodic review of this policy within the Integrated Management System.
- Promoting continual improvement and establishing quality, environmental, health, and safety objectives aligned with the Integrated Management System while considering organizational context, stakeholder expectations, risks, and opportunities.
