Conditions for Sharjah Falconers Club Championship

Conditions of registration

  1. Registration is open to all nationalities, which must be adhered to by the triple name recorded on the ID card..
  2. 2. Bring the birds for registration to the Committee’s headquarters in the Emirate of Sharjah Maliha area of Sharjah Falconers Club – which does not carry the smart ring or not activated for the 2018-2019 season by the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center, from 10-14 December 2018.
  3. Falcons that do not carry the smart ring will not be allowed to participate, and must be activated for the 2018-2019 season.–2019 .
  4. Commitment to attend in Mleiha area on the announced date.
  5. 5. The owner’s acknowledgment that the information and data provided to the organizing committee are correct, and that the responsibility lies with the owner in the event of any incorrect data on the bird .

  1. The competition is 400 meters .

 

  1. The tournament does not carry the qualification system, and the best time will be calculated for the top ten falcons of each category, and accordingly the first places will be determined.
  2. The tournament will be held in Mleiha, near Mleiha industrial area.
  3. The draw will be announced 24 hours prior to the day of the badge, and the hour of starting will be determined as well.
  4. The time will be calculated by a monitor that calculates the time the falcon runs in the race, and is connected to a software and screens to display time and distance.
  5. The right to participate with any number of falcons per person, even if they are in the same category.
  6. The Committee will not accept the participation of any Falcon from the category of Pure without a slide or ring.
  7. Falcons that do not bear an original ring must have a chip and will be marked by the Commission (insulation)
  8. No birds will participate in the race after the draw has been announced.
  9. In case the Falcon is on track and the time period of the participant bird is not recorded, the committee will review the time devices and approve the correct timing. The participant has the right to review the committee if he wishes to check the time.
  10. Participants will be disqualified if they do not reach the tournament site on time.
  11. 11. The committee will exclude any falcon considered different from the category specified on race day.
  12. In the event of falcon flight and not taking the correct course of the race and the falcon time period is not recorded, the bird is written off if the Committee so approves after the approval of the Chairman.
  13. 13. The Organizing Committee has the right to delay or postpone the race in the event of any climate disturbances affecting the competition system to prevent the vision of the tournament for any reason and postpone the rest of the participants for a time to be determined and announced by the Organizing Committee.
